How Long Can Items Be Stored in the acbuy Warehouse?

The standard storage period for purchased items is 90 days, starting from when the order status is marked as “Stored”.

For orders between 90–180 days, if your order has exceeded the standard storage period, you are granted a 28-day grace period to extend storage. If the grace period is exceeded, the order will be considered abandoned.

If 90 days pass without submitting a parcel delivery request or paying the extended storage fee, the items will also be considered abandoned.

The maximum storage period for items is 180 days. Beyond 180 days, acbuy will no longer provide warehousing or storage services, and the items will automatically be deemed abandoned.

Note: acbuy reserves the right to periodically dispose of abandoned items.
